When we founded Zarif Film in 2015, our dream wasn't simply to take beautiful photographs. It was to be part of the moments people live only once in their lives, the moments they'll want to look back on again and again for years to come.

Over the years we have witnessed hundreds of stories, all kinds of love, excitement, and tears of happiness. Sometimes we found our favourite photograph in the way a bride looked at her mother while getting ready, sometimes in the moment a father let go of his daughter's hand, and sometimes in a tiny moment no one else noticed.

Because to us, a beautiful photograph isn't only about looking beautiful. It should make you feel something. Even years later, it should be able to take you back to that day.

Today, from our studio in the historic İspilandit Building in Nişantaşı, Istanbul, we keep gathering stories that reach all around the world.

And still, just like on the very first day, we love having a place, however small, in someone's most beautiful memories.
