How do we book? +
You can start by filling in the form on our contact page or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once we've talked about your date and the shoot you dream of, we send you a tailored package proposal, agree on a date together and confirm your booking.
Is the deposit refundable? +
A booking means we reserve our team and the venue for your chosen date. Deposit refund terms depend on how far away the shoot date is; the details are shared clearly with you before the shoot.
Do you send all the photographs you take? +
After the shoot, we deliver every carefully selected and colour-graded photograph, ready to use, through your online gallery. Our focus isn't quantity but photographs that are truly precious and timeless.
Who chooses the photographs for the album, us or you? +
We choose them together. You pick your favourite photographs, and with our professional advice on design and flow we create the most elegant album. The final decision is always yours.
How long does delivery take? +
Our delivery time is 3 months. We select every photograph one by one and do the colour and light editing carefully, by hand; we don't rush this process, so that your photographs carry the feeling of the day even years later. The timeline for extras such as the film and album is shared with you from the start.
Can we receive the raw video footage? +
The cinematic edit is the most precious part of our film package, so our standard delivery is the edited film. If you'd like the raw footage, let's talk before the shoot and plan it together according to your package.
Do you work with couples travelling from abroad? +
Yes, many of our couples travel to Istanbul for their photoshoot. We plan the venue, timing and flow with you remotely, mostly over WhatsApp, so that everything is ready when you arrive. You can write to us in English.
